Why Tickie
A fan who can’t make it will resell their ticket. On a third-party platform, you lose track of the ticket, the buyer and the commission. With you, you keep it all.
Secure tickets
Every resold ticket is cancelled, then reissued in the new buyer’s name. Fake tickets no longer get through.
Extra revenue
You set the resale fees. Every secondary-market transaction earns you money, instead of enriching a third-party site.
Identified buyers
Every new holder joins your database. You know who’s coming in, and you can talk to them again.

FAQ
Why offer official ticket resale?
Because resale will happen anyway. On your own platform, it’s secure for your fans, profitable for you through resale fees, and every buyer joins your database.
How do you prevent touting on resold tickets?
You set a price ceiling, for example the original price, as well as a price floor. These rules apply automatically to every listing: no ticket can be resold above the ceiling.
Is the resold ticket secure?
Yes. As soon as it sells, the old ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued in the buyer’s name. Only that new ticket is accepted at the entrance, which keeps fake tickets out.
Who sets the resale fees?
You do. You set the fees applied to each resale, and they become extra revenue for your organisation. You track fees collected and amounts paid out in real time.
Are buyers redirected to an external resale site?
No. Resale happens inside your white-label ticketing, with no redirects. New and resale tickets appear on the same seating plan, in a mobile-first journey.
Can I turn on resale for some events only?
Yes. Resale is enabled by event or by ticket category, with opening and closing dates. You open and close resale whenever you choose.
How is the seller paid in a resale?
Tickie handles the whole process: the seller is paid, the old ticket is cancelled and the new one is issued. You track every payout, fee and tax in live reports.
