Segmentation
The segment builder combines more than 25 criteria taken from your ticketing: what each person buys, the events they attend, the tickets they receive, their membership, their postcode. Every segment recalculates automatically, with no export and no spreadsheet. Dynamic segments depending on your plan.
Purchases: total spent, number of tickets or events bought, first and last transaction
Attendance: attended the event, number of attendances, last attendance
Transferred or received tickets, memberships, packages, abandoned carts, postcode, tags
In the CRM, also filter by campaign engagement: opened, clicked, bought afterwards

FAQ
What is a ticketing CRM?
It’s a CRM connected directly to your ticketing: every purchase, abandoned cart or transferred ticket feeds the contact’s profile, with no export. You can then segment your audience, reach it by email or SMS and measure the sales each campaign generates.
What does Tickie’s CRM know about each contact?
Contact details, company, your tags and custom fields, plus all ticketing activity: transactions, tickets and products bought, abandoned carts, emails and SMS received. Amount spent, number of orders and average basket are calculated automatically.
Which conditions can I use to build a segment?
Purchases (total spent, average order value, number of transactions, tickets or events bought, first and last transaction), event attendance (attended, number of attendances, last attendance), abandoned carts, transferred or received tickets, memberships, packages and contact data (creation date, country, postcode, tags, custom fields). Conditions combine with AND and OR, and dynamic segments depend on your plan.
Do segments update on their own?
Yes. Dynamic segments are recalculated automatically from your ticketing, and every segment shows when it was last calculated. This feature depends on your plan.
Do I have to import my contacts by hand?
No. Every purchase in your Tickie ticketing creates or updates the contact’s profile. For existing files, the CSV or Excel import suggests the column mapping automatically, and a known contact is enriched, never overwritten.
Can I send SMS from the CRM?
Yes. SMS campaigns work like emails: custom sender name, merge fields, immediate or scheduled sending. STOP replies are handled automatically, and messages use credits you can top up from the CRM.
How do I know which campaign drove sales?
Every email campaign has a Revenue tab: attributed revenue, transactions, average basket, conversion funnel and top traffic sources. Attribution uses the last non-direct click.
What can I automate?
Scenarios triggered by a purchase, an abandoned cart, a scanned, created or transferred ticket, a new customer, a cancelled order, a birthday or a pre-event communication. They can wait, filter, send an email, add a tag, add to a list or call another tool.
Can I keep my current CRM?
Yes. Tickie connects to HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as Meta and TikTok pixels and Google Tag Manager. You can also export your contacts and campaigns at any time.
Is the CRM GDPR compliant?
The platform is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS certified. Inside the CRM, unsubscribes, email and SMS blocklists and double opt-in on forms are built in.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your buyers’ data belongs to you under the contract, and you can export it whenever you want.
