This policy explains how TICKIE ("Tickie", "we") collects and uses the personal data of tickie.io visitors and of people who contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
It does not cover the data of attendees who buy tickets on ticketing sites run with Tickie: that processing is described in the privacy policy of each ticketing site.
1. Data controller
The data controller is TICKIE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Évry Trade and Companies Register under number 921 236 147, with its registered office at 20 rue de la Buhoterie, 91160 Saulx-les-Chartreux, France.

2. Data we collect and why
Demo requests and contact
When you fill in the demo request form, hosted on forms.tickie.io by our provider Tally, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, organization name, annual ticket volume, type of events, how you heard about Tickie and the content of your message.
We use this data to answer your request, set up a demo, send you a commercial proposal and manage our relationship in our CRM (HubSpot). Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in growing our business with professionals (Art. 6(1)(f)).
B2B communication and marketing
We may email you information about our solutions related to your professional activity. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
Browsing the site
With your consent, we measure site traffic (Google Analytics), the performance of our advertising campaigns (Google Ads) and how visitors interact with our content (HubSpot). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. These cookies are detailed in our Cookie policy.
We also use Framer’s built-in analytics, which sets no cookies and only produces aggregated statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
3. Retention periods
Prospects and contacts: 3 years from our last exchange initiated by you.
Customers: for the duration of the contract, then archived for the legal periods (10 years for accounting records).
Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum; your consent choice is kept for 6 months.

4. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to authorized Tickie staff (sales, marketing, support). It is also processed on our behalf by the following processors:

HubSpot, Inc. — Role: CRM, emails and visit tracking · Location: Data hosted in the EU, US company
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — Role: Analytics and advertising · Location: Ireland (EU) and United States
We never sell or rent your data.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google and HubSpot may access some data from the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which these companies have signed up, and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object (without giving a reason for marketing), the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@tickie.io or by post to 20 rue de la Buhoterie, 91160 Saulx-les-Chartreux, France. We reply within one month. We may ask for proof of identity if we have reasonable doubts about who you are.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France (www.cnil.fr).
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorized staff, and providers offering sufficient guarantees.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
