Does Tickie handle a club’s season tickets?
Yes. Season-ticket campaigns, renewals, seat selection on the stadium map and season cards: everything is managed in the same ticketing as your matches, flexible packages included.
Can we follow up with season-ticket holders who haven’t renewed?
Yes. Depending on your plan, a segment automatically picks out holders who haven’t renewed yet, and you send them a targeted campaign. You can also target supporters near the stadium when a stand isn’t full.
Can we manage several competitions in the same ticketing?
Yes. League, cup or friendlies: each competition has its own prices, capacities and rules, with the same supporter base. You also set prices by fixture, by stand and by audience.

How do we handle seats for away fans and partners?

What if a season-ticket holder can’t make the match?
They transfer their seat to someone close or put it back on sale on your official platform. A new ticket is issued to the new holder, and the seat doesn’t stay empty.
